Another bomb explosion in Dattapukur; Young man injured after hitting an underground bomb

After the recent bomb blast in Deganga, North 24 Parganas, another unsettling incident has occurred in Dattapukur, where a young man sustained serious injuries in a bomb explosion. The victim, identified as 23-year-old Kabirul Ali, was injured while cleaning the bushes in Sajipara of Kadambagachi.

Local sources report that Kabirul Ali, a resident of Gosaipur in Deganga, was cleaning the bushes in Sajipara when he accidentally hit an underground bomb with a shovel. The explosion resulted in severe damage to his left hand. The injured youth was swiftly taken to Barasat Medical College Hospital in critical condition for immediate medical attention.

The incident marks the second bomb blast in the region, following the recent Deganga incident. 

The area in Sajipara has been cordoned off, and the bomb squad has been informed to ensure the safety of the surroundings. The investigation will also explore the possibility of additional explosives in the vicinity.

In the current month, Keishor was bombed in Deganga of North 24 Parganas. The bomb blast took place behind the Trinamool party office. A 14-year-old boy was injured when a bomb exploded while playing with a ball. A teenager was seriously injured in a bomb blast in Deganga. The bomb-injured teenager was taken to Biswanathpur Block Primary Health Centre. Three more fresh bombs were recovered from the garden behind the Trinamool party office. The ruling party pointed the fingers at the BJP and the ISF.
